Cemat Silicon is a Polish company specializing in the production of silicon wafers. For the Epitaxy Department’s clean rooms, Proelectric installed MAHU control system along with PIFF and FFU (Zander) equipment. The system facilitates maintenance of desired room and water temperature levels as well as air humidity.
